What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads and pipeline within the insurance vertical, including P&C carriers, life insurers, and reinsurers.
  • Develop strategic relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Risk Officers to drive high-value enterprise deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and business case development to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Position treasury and liquidity solutions as mission-critical tools for insurance finance and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate RFI/RFP processes and collaborate with pre-sales, product, and legal teams to craft winning proposals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise cloud software sales with a proven track record in the insurance vertical.
  • Deep understanding of insurance finance, treasury operations, and regulatory frameworks like NAIC or Solvency II.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Target Account Selling.
  • Ability to travel within the territory to cultivate strategic partnerships and client relationships.
