Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving sales growth by sourcing and closing new restaurant partners with an accent on pipeline management and outbound activity. Focus on navigating the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and maintaining high service levels for restaurant partners.

Location: Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area. Primarily remote within Phoenix with up to 3 days per week of in-market activities (drop-ins/door knocking) and up to 25% travel.

Salary: $100,000 base + $60,000 OTE, uncapped

What you will do

• Source, qualify, and close new restaurant partners to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development through to closing.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Marketing, and demand generation teams to refine acquisition approaches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to secure future leads and referrals.
• Accurately track and update deal progress and communications in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven hunter mentality with strong business acumen and an extensive customer network.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role.
• Experience working directly with restaurants or food-related entities.
• Experience working in a start-up environment.
