Location: Must be based in the United States, with core hours of 8AM to 5 PM ET.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage the official tracking log in Jira for all product line data calls, including deadlines and risk escalations.
• Standardize intake processes and validate inputs for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration for multi-stakeholder responses and fast-turnaround data calls.
• Maintain project documentation, including sprint boards, schedules, and meeting notes in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Prepare consolidated data call submissions and produce leadership status reports.
• Manage the preparation and dissemination of the monthly product line newsletter.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the VA Office of Information and Technology, Veterans Benefits Administration, or Veterans Health Administration.
• Proven track record in government agency IT development.
