TL;DR

People Data & Systems Advisor (HRTech): Leading data initiatives and serving as the architect of the HR tech stack with an accent on compensation data, benchmarking, and EU Pay Transparency readiness. Focus on driving automation, re-engineering manual processes into AI-enabled workflows, and ensuring data integrity across global HR systems.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Lisbon office (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Serve as the go-to expert for People analytics, driving data compliance and delivering strategic analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end compensation processes including benchmarking, range development, and job leveling.
  • Lead pay equity analysis, gender pay gap reporting, and STI/LTI program administration.
  • Act as the global owner of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system consolidation.
  • Drive process automation by auditing and rebuilding HR lifecycle workflows with AI-enabled solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between People and IT/Engineering teams to ensure clean API integrations and stack alignment.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and HR roles.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Working knowledge of compensation frameworks and reward instruments.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms and LLM/AI productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • International payroll or tax exposure.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
  • Fluency in German, Portuguese, or Dutch.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms like BambooHR.
