Items Analyst (F-35)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, TX. This position is part-time remote, requiring a mix of remote work and onsite presence at a hirify.global facility.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily logistics operations and asset movement to fulfill urgent and forecasted program needs.
• Analyze and maintain key item management data to support F-35 program sustainment.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Leads to assess the impact of hardware changes on asset management.
• Support continuous process improvements and contribute to long-term program sustainment strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional working groups to provide insights on item management challenges.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen to meet government security clearance requirements.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Procurement.
• Experience with contract management, including cost and schedule incentives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Firsthand experience with F-35 aircraft, platform, or field operations.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and share best practices.
