Location: Must be based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain statistical and judgmental demand forecasts at various levels of aggregation.
  • Lead or actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to reconcile demand assumptions and align on forecast consensus.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, bias, and service levels.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives to balance service levels and working capital targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and advanced analytics adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP APO/IBP preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience in the medical device industry and FDA requirements preferred.
