What you will do

• Lead the successful delivery of complex customer engagements by providing technical guidance to implementation teams.
• Guide architectural decisions and navigate trade-offs between established and innovative approaches.

• Manage all aspects of programs including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for technical delivery issues.
• Build trust with stakeholders by articulating the Databricks vision and facilitating goal-oriented meetings.

Requirements

• Must be clearable with the U.S. Government
• Proven experience managing large, complex technical engagements.
• Strong ability to influence technical teams and communicate effectively with both engineers and executives.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and manage trade-offs without hands-on coding.
• Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
