What you will do

• Co-develop automated product testing systems in collaboration with product developers and manufacturing engineers.
• Design optimized hardware configurations for compliance testing and defect detection.
• Build efficient test scripts, data acquisition modules, and GUI interfaces.
• Assist with product characterization, design validation, and production yield improvement.
• Leverage existing platforms while implementing new capabilities using a structured approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• 8+ years (Bachelor's) or 6+ years (Master's) of relevant industry experience.
• Strong background in optical device testing.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and C# including multi-threaded software development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with firmware/microcoding.
• Experience with motion control and vision systems.
• Experience with relational database interfaces such as Oracle.
• Experience in statistical analysis techniques, JMP software, and process control.
