What you will do

• Manage and maintain the lab environment, including deployment and troubleshooting of automated tests.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting to resolve issues with lab equipment.
• Design and develop customized equipment, fixtures, and protocols for lab activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee logistics management, physical setup of prototype systems, and inventory control.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine testing of benches and instrumentation.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico.
• Technician or currently pursuing an Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in computer hardware/software diagnosis, repair, and system support.
• English proficiency: Advanced communication skills required.
• Role requires regular on-site presence in Guadalajara.

Nice to have

• Experience in compute system maintenance and repair.
• Strong hardware and software debug skills.
