What you will do

• Collaborate with product engineers to develop design specifications and technical drawings.
• Support design engineering tasks across assigned projects.
• Assist teams in problem-solving and failure analysis.
• Ensure the delivery of robust, high-quality product designs.
• Participate in Design Reviews, DFM, and DFA processes for new products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Entry-level experience in design engineering using CAD.
• Proficiency in 3-D Parametric Solid Modeling.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T) and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with SolidWorks.
