What you will do

• Partner with customers to turn business outcomes into actionable objectives.
• Guide customers through the hirify.global platform, best practices, and adoption journeys.
• Act as the primary liaison for technical questions, issues, and escalations.
• Manage a book of assigned accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
• Build and execute Customer Success Plans to achieve key performance indicators.
• Identify training opportunities and provide insights on new feature applicability.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic required.
• Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and software development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps.
• Prior experience in Customer Success or post-sales professional services.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed in accordance with company policy.
