What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multiple OT programmes and projects.
• Design OT architectures covering infrastructure, networking, hybrid hosting, security, and IT/OT integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Produce high-quality solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to architecture governance, technical standards, and solution patterns within the IACS practice.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering solution architecture within OT, ICS, or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of SCADA, control systems, industrial networking, and remote operational environments.
• Experience designing secure, resilient, and scalable OT solutions across multiple technology domains.
• Practical understanding of IT/OT convergence and hybrid architectures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed technical design levels.

Nice to have

• Experience within energy, utilities, renewables, or oil & gas sectors.
• Knowledge of security technologies (IAM, remote access, SIEM, SDN).
• Awareness of industry standards like IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, or NIS2.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture methodology certification.
