What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting and account-based selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Deliver compelling presentations and value-based sales conversations.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technology sales, digital sales, or account management.
- Professional fluency in both Croatian and English is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and structured sales processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or AI solutions.
- Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
