What you will do

• Take full ownership of the brand's social media presence in the Peruvian market.
• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to a fast-moving, regulated industry.
• Create and star in on-camera content, shaping the brand's unique voice and style.
• Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
• Work closely with creative teams to brief and produce high-quality visual and motion assets.

Requirements

• Native Spanish proficiency required.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Proven track record of growing social media channels.
• Strong on-camera presence and content portfolio.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, hooks, and community behavior.
• Strong knowledge of the sports world.

Nice to have

• Experience with UGC and influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of the online casino or sports betting industries.
