What you will do
- Manage the order form approval queue to ensure timely deal turnaround and velocity.
- Draft, review, and finalize order forms in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Hardware teams.
- Ensure all transactions comply with approved pricing, discounting policies, and legal requirements.
- Consult with the field on order form structure, deal mechanics, and process best practices.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to resolve non-standard deal terms and ensure accurate documentation.
- Identify process friction and implement improvements to scale Deal Desk workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, or Legal Operations in a B2B company.
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to work East Coast hours.
- Experience supporting global sales teams, ideally with both hardware and software products.
- Strong working knowledge of pricing approvals, discounting structures, and order-to-cash processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- High attention to detail with a focus on balancing speed and accuracy.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting international deals with multi-currency requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM and deal management tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, Ironclad, or Dealhub.
- Exposure to contract structures including MSAs and software license agreements.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
