Deal Desk Associate (Sales Operations): Supporting the global sales team by managing the deal cycle from quote to booking with an accent on operational excellence and data integrity in Salesforce. Focus on processing US channel orders, facilitating inventory availability, and coordinating cross-functional workflows between Sales, Finance, and Order Management.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite options available)

Salary: $28 - $32 USD per hour (based on San Francisco Bay Area range)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to ensure deals are well-structured, policy-compliant, and ready for efficient processing.
• Manage and process US Channel Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy between partner documentation and internal systems.
• Execute Channel Stocking Orders to facilitate inventory availability for distributors and resellers.
• Serve as a central support hub for the sales-side booking and fulfillment lifecycle within Salesforce.
• Identify and report system bugs or process inefficiencies via Jira.
• Provide critical support during high-volume periods, including extended hours during End of Quarter and End of Year cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in tech/enterprise software sales support, sales operations, or enablement.
• Proven experience applying Deal Desk best practices.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and strong data integrity skills.
• Flexibility to support global operations across various time zones and fluctuating schedules.
