Requirements

• Prior HVAC or plumbing customer service experience is required.
• Proven track record of converting inbound calls into booked appointments.
• Strong phone communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and customer support platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
