What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for mission-critical risk management platforms.
• Architect and execute the migration of infrastructure and data pipelines to public cloud environments.
• Integrate autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows to accelerate developer productivity.
• Build and optimize high-throughput data streaming pipelines using Kafka and Apache Flink.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise-grade, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional software development experience with deep Java mastery.
• Proven track record in designing and maintaining highly scalable distributed systems.
• Extensive experience driving modern SDLC practices, including TDD and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
