What you will do
- Enhance and maintain data retrieval pipelines and scrapers.
- Expand data coverage to new markets and geographies.
- Develop and improve monitoring, alerting tools, and dashboards.
- Ensure high performance of the API distributing data to end users.
- Collaborate with data scientists and market experts to build sustainable growth plans.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience as a data-focused Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Working experience with PostgreSQL or similar data stores.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of hexagonal or medallion architecture.
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions like Datadog or Grafana.
