What you will do

• Lead annual business planning processes with distributor partners to ensure alignment with regional priorities.
• Manage volume plans, trade funds, and POS resources to drive in-market execution.
• Conduct regular market visits and sales meetings to assess conditions and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and support market tactics.
• Prioritize and implement regional and national key account programs.
• Engage distributor sales forces to activate marketing initiatives and brand standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, preferably in beverages.
• Experience within a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment.
• Strong ability to influence distributor decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. on a valid visa.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
