What you will do

  • Lead strategic growth and maintenance of existing client base within a designated regional territory
  • Cultivate and strengthen key strategic relationships with senior HR counterparts at partner corporations
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and execute strategies within current corporate relationships
  • Articulate firm’s direction and educate corporate clients on diverse service offerings
  • Collaborate on designing and implementing tailored financial planning services for corporate partners
  • Serve as escalation point for corporate contacts and internal concerns regarding relationships

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY, United States
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in employee benefits, marketing/sales, relationship management, or financial industry preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
