What you will do

• Direct sales activities for corporate retirement and tax-exempt opportunities up to $50mm in assets.
• Establish and maintain strategic sales programs for the assigned regional territory.
• Build and cultivate relationships with key advisors, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans utilizing innovative ideas to increase sales.
• Deliver professional presentations to prospects, financial professionals, and industry leaders.
• Partner with other Voya representatives to enhance awareness of the full suite of company capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of internal or external sales experience within the Retirement Plan or Investment industry.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• State Life and Health insurance license.
• Proven track record of sales success and leadership ability.
• Ability to travel.
