What you will do

• Manage and direct a team of sales and service professionals across multiple districts.
• Achieve revenue and retention targets for the assigned region and market channel.
• Create and execute growth and retention strategies with a focus on process rigor.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and clients to gain business insights.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasting.
• Hire, coach, and mentor team members, including frequent field visits.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in legal/tax or electronic information industries.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
• Proven experience with the full customer lifecycle and strategic selling methodologies.
• Ability to write comprehensive business plans.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel out of town on a frequent basis.
