What you will do

• Lead business development and client servicing efforts for institutional clients in the central US territory.
• Collaborate with Managing Director and institutional colleagues across multiple sales teams and business units.
• Build understanding of asset owners’ organizational structures and investment priorities.
• Execute sales plans by evaluating client needs and managing relationships efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication and coordinate client requests promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the central US region (IA, NE, IL, ND, SD, KY, OH, MI, WI, KS, MO, MN)
• 5–10 years of institutional sales or analyst experience with existing institutional asset owner relationships preferred.
• Financial services and investment management knowledge including institutional ecosystem and investment instruments.
• FINRA Series 3, 7, 63, and 65 licenses required; CFA or progress toward designation preferred.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
