What you will do

• Build and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching GTM Engineers balancing technical depth and consultative selling.
• Own and scale the GTME playbook, designing frameworks, discovery methodologies, demo structures, and qualification criteria with balance between rigor and flexibility.
• Bridge teams and influence product by partnering with Sales leadership, Product, and Customer Success to translate deal patterns into actionable product feedback.
• Coach in the moment, stay close to deals, and build scalable structures without compromising creativity in technical selling.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in London, United Kingdom
• 6+ years of experience leading high-performing AEs, Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, or similar customer-facing teams.
• Proven deal execution experience in Mid-Market/Enterprise B2B sales cycles with ability to navigate technical objections and win enterprise deals.
• Passion for building systems and GTM automation to scale teams and redefine enterprise GTM engines.
