Salary: $144,120 – $180,300

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for drill autonomy and technology solutions.
• Monitor product performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with software and systems groups to design, develop, and deploy production-grade software.
• Communicate priorities and roadmaps clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain robust processes for software and system development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Laval, QC or Montreal, QC.
• Proven experience in leading software and system development teams.
• Strong background in strategic planning, decision-making, and critical thinking.
• Experience in the autonomous or robotics industry with knowledge of customer challenges.

• Knowledge of the construction or mining industry.
• Experience with Product Development Lifecycle projects.
