What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value players through high-volume daily outreach via phone and email.
- Act as a trusted consultant and liaison between VIP players and studio teams to resolve technical issues and ensure retention.
- Leverage data-driven workflows to identify opportunities for player engagement, reactivation, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback for feature development and special promotions based on VIP research.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics to optimize engagement strategies and meet annual productivity and quality goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with the ability to handle high call volumes.
- Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently to drive revenue and manage account relationships.
- Must be able to work in Chicago, IL.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings and travel as needed.
