What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the Ask.ai platform and related AI solutions.
• Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and infrastructure while making build vs. buy decisions.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, contribution guidelines, and review processes for AI development.
• Coordinate the work of AI engineers and inner-source contributors while providing technical mentorship.
• Design architecture for integrations with enterprise tools like Jira, Teams, and Email.
• Build reusable components, SDKs, and templates to reduce development effort across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Bucharest
• Proven experience in defining technical vision and architecture for AI-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI model providers, infrastructure, and integration strategies.
• Ability to design for maintainability, scalability, and security in enterprise environments.
• Experience in coordinating technical teams and providing mentorship.
