What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents using hirify.global technologies such as Maestro and Agent Builder.
• Apply prompt engineering to guide agent behavior and evaluate LLM tradeoffs regarding capability, latency, and cost.
• Extend platform functionality using APIs, SDKs, and connectors to address unique customer requirements.
• Debug across systems including AI inference, data pipelines, and orchestration layers.
• Develop internal libraries and reusable components to enhance consistency across customer deployments.
• Use telemetry and traces to identify optimization opportunities and failure patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production software.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building and shipping integrations using APIs and working with cloud services or enterprise systems.
• Ability to operate in customer-facing environments with strong written and verbal communication.
• Capacity to independently drive scoped projects and manage delivery risks.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
