What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate business outcomes into actionable technical objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on platform adoption and DevSecOps best practices.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Build and execute Customer Success Plans to ensure retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage account escalations and provide insights on new feature applicability.
• Support training and onboarding activities for assigned customer accounts.

Requirements

• Fluent French required
• Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Proven track record in Customer Success or post-sales professional services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
