What you will do

  • Support onboarding and activation of customers by ensuring seamless integration of marketplace accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate customer goals into structured campaign strategies.
  • Optimize campaign structures within the platform to ensure alignment with best practices and scalability.
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights for customers.
  • Deliver performance reporting and insights through dashboards and business reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Walmart) is required.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics including ROAS and ACOS.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the USA.
