Contract Rate: $50/hour (1099 contract, 40 hours/week)

What you will do

  • Run full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through closing) for healthcare professionals.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand hiring needs and align talent strategy.
  • Manage candidate relationships and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants and referrals to match required experience, competencies, and abilities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to close and win clinical talent.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting primary care or urgent care physicians and nurse practitioners.
  • Proven ability to solve challenging recruiting problems in fast-paced, fast-evolving organizations.
  • Experience running a high-touch recruiting process focused on building relationships with candidates.
  • Strong proactivity and a human-centered mindset.
  • Comfort using recruiting and business tools (e.g., G Suite, Slack, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, PracticeMatch).
  • Must be based in the United States (remote role).
