What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through closing) for healthcare professionals.
- Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand hiring needs and align talent strategy.
- Manage candidate relationships and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Screen and evaluate applicants and referrals to match required experience, competencies, and abilities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to close and win clinical talent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience recruiting primary care or urgent care physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Proven ability to solve challenging recruiting problems in fast-paced, fast-evolving organizations.
- Experience running a high-touch recruiting process focused on building relationships with candidates.
- Strong proactivity and a human-centered mindset.
- Comfort using recruiting and business tools (e.g., G Suite, Slack, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, PracticeMatch).
- Must be based in the United States (remote role).
