What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruiting strategies for software engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity disciplines.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Provide consultative guidance to business leaders based on market intelligence and compensation insights.
• Monitor and analyze recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate technical recruiting experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud Computing, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
• Experience partnering with senior technical leaders in complex enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS and Eightfold CRM.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with software stacks including Java, .NET, Python, React, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Experience with data technologies like Snowflake, Kafka, and Databricks.
