Location: On-site in Auburn, Maine (Daily office attendance required)
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 plus incentive earning potential

What you will do
- Build and maintain customer relationships across multiple markets through regular site visits and needs evaluation.
- Develop detailed scopes of work, estimates, and proposals to present technical solutions to clients.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, managing scheduling, budgeting, materials, and subcontractors.
- Survey mechanical systems to identify technical issues and propose timely solutions.
- Identify new business prospects and manage the quote backlog to achieve booking goals.
Requirements
- Ability to report to the office in Auburn, Maine daily.
- 5+ years of relevant trade experience as a licensed HVAC technician or in mechanical engineering/design.
- 5 years of hands-on construction project management experience overseeing trade-specific work.
- Proven experience in qualifying prospects and conducting sales presentations.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
- Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred.
Nice to have
- OSHA certification.
- EPA license.
- Maine or New Hampshire gas, oil, or plumbing licenses.
