Focus on designing data-driven product capabilities and scaling AI agents in production to drive decision intelligence for LSPs.

Location: Hybrid in Chicago (3 days a week in office)

An AI-native division within hirify.global, a category leader in logistics software, building a dedicated platform for Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).

What you will do

• Set and execute the technical vision for microservices, agentic AI systems, and data pipelines.
• Build, lead, and retain a high-performance engineering team across the US and EU.
• Own the agentic AI engineering roadmap, focusing on how agents are built, reasoned with, and improved.
• Partner with data science to build product capabilities for LSP decision intelligence.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align the product roadmap with customer needs.
• Contribute to high-level product strategy, hiring, and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping large-scale products.
• 8-10 years of engineering leadership managing high-performance teams.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, agentic AI systems, and data science.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
• Commitment to working on-site in Chicago 3 days a week.
• Ability to travel to Bangalore and visit customers.
