TL;DR

Location: Based in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina. hirify.global is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

  • Lead the review of local rewards strategy, policies, and compensation guidelines in coordination with the HR Country Committee.
  • Drive labor relations strategy and act as the primary representative for local unions.
  • Ensure full compliance with country regulations and serve as the main contact for government labor authorities.
  • Manage internal/external audits and labor suits, representing the company in court when necessary.
  • Set and govern country-specific employment policies, terms, and conditions.
  • Support HR Business Partners in employee engagement and drive the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • English: Fluent (C1) is mandatory.
  • Spanish: Required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in multinational companies.
  • Proven background as an HR Business Partner, HR Senior Manager, or other senior HR leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
