What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research projects aligned with brand and business strategy.
• Translate research data into actionable insights for brand, marketing, and product teams.
• Define research objectives and integrate findings into campaigns and brand strategy.
• Guide the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative studies.
• Manage external research agencies and act as the quality gatekeeper.
• Build a shared learning culture by maintaining and sharing historical insights.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in consumer or market research within a brand, media, or digital environment.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies to answer specific business questions.
• Experience managing external research agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic perspective.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data storytelling.
• English: Required
