Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end hardware product portfolio from launch to deprecation.
  • Define and drive multi-quarter product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and merchant needs.
  • Lead full development cycles, including discovery, requirements, vendor selection, testing, and launch.
  • Collaborate with merchants to identify pain points and translate insights into product direction.
  • Manage supplier performance regarding quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering 1–2 full hardware product launches end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of the full hardware lifecycle (discovery, design, validation, launch, and deprecation).
  • Experience with retail or hospitality ecosystems (POS, payments, kiosks, or mobile POS).
  • Ability to translate user insights and data into clear product decisions and roadmaps.
  • Must be based in Canada.
