What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for the TC Manager dashboard.
• Conduct on-site research with restaurant staff to translate observations into product improvements.
• Define product requirements and partner with engineering and design teams for implementation.
• Use AI tools to build prototypes and validate concepts with real operators.
• Prioritize a complex portfolio including reservations, table management, and POS integrations.
• Set and track outcome metrics like adoption, task completion, and NPS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS for non-technical users.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
• Demonstrated empathy for the hospitality industry through direct experience or product building.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and rapid iteration.
• Strong written communication skills with experience thinking in documents.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex, integrated products.
