What you will do

• Supervise daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions and internal workflows.
• Ensure strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal operational standards within the FX and financial services industry.
• Coordinate with trading, sales, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage transaction processing, fund transfers, trade settlements, and reconciliations.
• Maintain professional relationships with banks and payment processors while leading and mentoring operations staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and the legal considerations of the financial services sector.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial operations platforms.
