Salary: PLN 30,400 - 35,800 gross monthly

What you will do

• Act as the key stakeholder for the Poland branch, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Build and optimize scalable processes to support the company's hyper-growth.
• Oversee all first-line of defense functions, including governance and direct interactions with regulators.
• Manage critical vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and build performance tracking systems.
• Monitor country-specific risk incidents and conduct issues, ensuring proper controls are implemented.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and prepare necessary materials to facilitate the process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland and have experience in the Polish market.
• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within financial services or management consulting.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Proven experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations.
• Strong track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end.
• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
