What you will do

• Drive sales and business development to win new customers and manage key accounts across the EMEA region.
• Own the end-to-end commercial and operational delivery of explanation-heavy inspection and integrity services.
• Develop and continuously improve project execution processes in alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Manage the regional budget, including forecasting, monitoring KPIs, and implementing pricing strategies.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, scaling it as the business grows.
• Collaborate with application engineering to ensure technical solutions meet commercial requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or operational roles within B2B services or industrial environments.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Experience selling or delivering complex, explanation-heavy services from acquisition to execution.
• Practical understanding of commercial steering, including pricing, margins, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to build and scale a business or team from an early stage.
• High willingness to travel within the EMEA region.

• Experience in utilities, water infrastructure, or critical infrastructure.
• Technical background and a strong understanding of technology.
