What you will do

• Drive alignment with clients on modern cloud and AI-driven data platforms to support mission and operational objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive territory growth and expand public sector engagement.
• Build and expand relationships with business leaders, IT, procurement, and executive sponsors.
• Manage pipeline development, opportunity progression, and forecasting to achieve revenue targets.
• Communicate the value of hirify.global solutions and articulate ROI in the context of public sector outcomes.
• Partner with internal teams, SIs, CSPs, and ISVs to navigate complex procurement processes and close business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of driving new business within public sector or regulated industry accounts.
• Experience building relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholders (Director, VP, Government leadership).
• Understanding of AI, data, and analytics trends applied in public sector environments.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes, compliance, and contracting vehicles.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
