What you will do
- Partner with Aftermarket leadership to implement HR workflows that support operational goals and labor utilization.
- Streamline daily HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, and performance tracking, using TPI and Kaizen methodologies.
- Manage and optimize Dayforce HRIS to maintain data integrity for scorecard metrics and Monthly Operations Reviews.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as field service technicians and engineers to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage employee relations and workplace investigations while ensuring compliance with OFCCP, ITAR, and DCAA regulations.
- Develop partnerships with local trade schools, colleges, and universities to establish a sustainable pipeline for technical talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing, service centers, or defense contracting.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
- Proficiency in Dayforce or similar enterprise-grade HRIS platforms.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% between service centers.
Nice to have
- SPHR/SHRM-SCP certifications.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
