Salary: $130,800 - $163,500

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide compliance programs for federal, state, and aerospace regulations.
- Lead autonomous and sensitive investigations into employee complaints and misconduct, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Author and deploy workplace policies and ethical conduct standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a primary bridge and trusted advisor between Legal Counsel, HR, and executive management.
- Monitor behavior patterns and compliance initiatives to identify risks and optimize corporate workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, HR, or legal investigations.
- Proven ability to conduct objective interviews and write executive-ready investigative reports.
- Foundational familiarity with employment laws and internal governance controls.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (JD or Master's) or professional certifications in compliance/investigations.
- Experience within an aerospace OEM, automotive manufacturing, or highly regulated environments (e.g., FDA).
- Experience with enterprise technology platforms and HRIS systems like Workday.
