What you will do

• Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide compliance programs for federal, state, and aerospace regulations.
• Lead autonomous and sensitive investigations into employee complaints and misconduct, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Author and deploy workplace policies and ethical conduct standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a primary bridge and trusted advisor between Legal Counsel, HR, and executive management.
• Monitor behavior patterns and compliance initiatives to identify risks and optimize corporate workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, HR, or legal investigations.
• Proven ability to conduct objective interviews and write executive-ready investigative reports.
• Foundational familiarity with employment laws and internal governance controls.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (JD or Master's) or professional certifications in compliance/investigations.
• Experience within an aerospace OEM, automotive manufacturing, or highly regulated environments (e.g., FDA).
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms and HRIS systems like Workday.
