What you will do

• Conduct technical operations for top clients in the Baltics and Balkan markets.
• Provide technical support for new and existing clients via phone and email regarding all technical aspects of campaigns.
• Manage technical issues related to the campaign launching and running process.
• Implement technical integrations between the internal campaign emission system and client e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and propose optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers and the HQ technical support team to ensure high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, and/or digital advertising.
• English: C1 level required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with debugging tools such as web browser consoles.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4.
