What you will do

• Define the strategy and transformation roadmap for the procurement capability to ensure long-term value creation.
• Drive end-to-end procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives and optimization programs.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and measurable operational results.
• Implement process optimization, digitalization, and automation, including RPA and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across production, planning, R&D, engineering, and quality.
• Track progress and KPIs using JIRA and analytical reporting tools to communicate outcomes across the organization.

Requirements

• Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering, Industrial Economics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or similar.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and proven track record of delivering results in complex environments.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Excel and JIRA.
• Experience working within complex matrix organizations.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in digitalization, automation, and RPA or AI-enabled solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean, operational excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally IFS) and BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Professional background in aerospace, defense, or other complex industrial environments.
