What you will do

• Handle and resolve employee inquiries via the People support system.
• Manage communications with authorities and unemployment insurance funds such as A-kassa and Försäkringskassa.
• Process and follow up on employment contracts, specifically for riders.
• Administer applications for vacation, sick leave, and other absences.
• Execute payroll tasks and various ad hoc administrative duties.
• Support teammates and managers with People-related projects and queries.

Requirements

• Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and G-suite.
• Fluent English (C1) and conversational Swedish (B1).
• Ability to remain flexible and structured in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm, Sweden.
