What you will do

• Own and govern the contingent workforce process from initial requisition to offboarding.
• Define, document, and maintain process standards and workflows across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR, Procurement, Security, Finance, and IT.
• Lead digitalisation initiatives, specifically the implementation of a Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Monitor KPIs to ensure process efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Deliver training and communications to stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management within HR, Procurement, or Operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional processes in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with contingent labour regulations and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Fluent communicator in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
• Must pass security vetting based on current regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply.
