What you will do
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Client Experience Coordinators.
- Own the end-to-end post-sale buyer experience, from invoicing through to final delivery.
- Define shipping strategies based on property value, destination risk, cost, and client expectations.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and shipping failures.
- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure accurate international shipping documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce friction in the client journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in client service, operations, or logistics.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
- Must be able to read and write Traditional Chinese.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth or premium clients.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred.
